Recommended Dosage for Male:
20-50mg per day split into 2-3 doses. Beginners start with 20-30mg daily (1-1.5 tablets). Take half your dose in the morning with breakfast, the other half before your workout. Intermediate users take 30-50mg daily (1.5-2.5 tablets split up).

Recommended Dosage for Female:
NOT recommended. Dbol is too strong for women and causes permanent masculine side effects like deep voice, facial hair, and body changes that don't reverse.

When to Take:
Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Split your daily dose into 2-3 smaller doses throughout the day because Dbol only lasts 3-5 hours in your body. Example: 10mg morning, 10mg pre-workout, 10mg evening.

Cycle Duration:
4-6 weeks maximum. Never run longer than 6 weeks because it's hard on your liver. Most guys run 4 weeks as a kickstart to a longer testosterone cycle.

Stacking:
Always stack Dbol with testosterone. Never run it alone. Common stack: 30mg Dbol daily + 500mg testosterone weekly. The testosterone keeps working after you stop Dbol.
