Notably, testosterone accelerates the reduction of subcutaneous fat while greatly promoting muscle growth and power. For those relatively new to using steroids, we’ve seen an impressive muscle gain of about 25–30 pounds with moderate doses of this combination.
Often classified as a bulking steroid, testosterone holds a reputation for its significant mass-gaining effects and is considered highly effective for off-season building, especially when weighing its benefits against potential risks.
However, testosterone does convert to estrogen in the body, which can lead to increases in water retention. This effect may complicate the diuretic properties of Anavar for those seeking a lean, ripped appearance.
While testosterone is usually administered via injection, Anavar is taken orally, thus making this combination less appealing for individuals averse to injections.

Anavar also helps reduce the puffiness and swelling caused by Dianabol’s fluid retention, thus enhancing the overall aesthetics during a bulking phase. Yet, this is at the cost of potentially increased LDL cholesterol, heightened liver toxicity, and further suppressed natural testosterone.
Both compounds are available in oral forms, making the cycle convenient for those who prefer to avoid injections.
Caution is advised, as counterfeit Anavar often contains methandrostenolone (Dianabol) on the black market due to the high production costs associated with Anavar. Such substitutions fail to prevent water retention or visceral fat increase but rather aggravate these conditions.
Due to the high potential for virilization with Dianabol, this stack is not advisable for female use.
