Products offered on steroiduck are research chemicals supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical testing. They are not intended or approved for human consumption, in vivo experiments, veterinary use, food, cosmetics, drug, or household products.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your possession and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, vial labels, tablet color, or batch markings may vary. All products are independently lab-tested for active ingredient purity, sterility, and heavy metals content; Certificates of Analysis are available on each product page where applicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept the following payment methods:

Card charges appear anonymously on your billing statement with no reference to the product category. Orders are processed once payment is verified. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be confirmed within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products from one of our US warehouses.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively from within the United States via our domestic warehouses located in Milwaukee (HQ), Las Vegas (West Coast Hub), and Miami (East Coast Hub). Your package never passes through customs.

Average delivery time across the United States is 2–5 business days after dispatch. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for complete discretion. No reference to the contents, product names, or our company name will appear on the exterior. No signature is required by default.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind every shipment. If your order does not arrive (which is rare), we will reship it free of charge or issue a full refund at our discretion. Contact support within 21 days of the expected delivery date to initiate the guarantee process.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, sealed packaging with the tamper seal intact
• You must contact us before returning the item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

9. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes are subject to specific terms, including minimum order values, expiry dates, and usage limits. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or with the 10% crypto discount.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, steroiduck and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
